Terms of Service
Last updated: October 1, 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of websites, brands, publications, courses, digital products, resources, communities, and other products or services operated by Grace, Inspired LLC, doing business as Grace Inspired Media (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), including Storefront Launch.
By accessing our websites, creating an account, enrolling in a course, purchasing a product, downloading a resource, or otherwise using our products or services, you agree to these Terms.
1. About Grace Inspired Media and Storefront Launch
Grace, Inspired LLC operates Grace Inspired Media and its related brands and properties, including Storefront Launch.
Storefront Launch provides educational content related to affiliate marketing, creator programs, social media, content creation, and other methods of earning income through products and online content.
Our goal is to teach you how these programs and opportunities work. We do not guarantee that you will be accepted into any third-party program or that you will earn any particular amount of money.
2. Educational Purposes Only
Our educational content is provided for informational and educational purposes only.
Nothing provided through our websites, courses, emails, downloads, communities, social media content, or other materials constitutes legal, tax, financial, accounting, or other professional advice.
You are responsible for evaluating the information provided and making your own business, financial, legal, and other decisions.
3. No Earnings or Results Guarantee
We may share examples, experiences, strategies, results, or information about ways creators and affiliate marketers can earn money.
These examples are provided for educational purposes and are not promises or guarantees of your results.
Your results may depend on many factors outside our control, including your effort, experience, audience, content, product selection, market conditions, third-party platform decisions, commission rates, program eligibility, and changes to the programs themselves.
Purchasing or completing one of our courses or using our educational materials does not guarantee that you will earn money, receive commissions, grow an audience, receive products, obtain brand partnerships, or be accepted into any creator or affiliate program.
4. Third-Party Programs and Platforms
Our educational materials may discuss programs and platforms including Walmart Creator, Amazon Influencer, Amazon Associates, social media platforms, affiliate networks, creator tools, and other third-party services.
Grace, Inspired LLC, Grace Inspired Media, and Storefront Launch are independent businesses and are not Walmart, Amazon, Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, or any other third-party platform discussed in our educational materials.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, our courses and educational products are not sponsored, endorsed, approved, or administered by those companies.
Third-party platforms control their own eligibility requirements, application and acceptance decisions, policies and terms, commission rates, payment procedures, account status, content requirements, technology, features, and program availability.
Those companies may change their programs at any time.
We make reasonable efforts to keep our educational materials accurate and useful, but we cannot guarantee that every screenshot, feature, commission rate, requirement, policy, or platform process will remain unchanged after publication.
When a third party’s current official policy conflicts with information in our educational materials, you should follow the third party’s current policy.
5. Walmart Creator Education
Storefront Launch offers educational materials about Walmart Creator, including free and paid courses.
Enrollment in a Storefront Launch course does not guarantee acceptance into Walmart Creator.
Grace, Inspired LLC, Grace Inspired Media, and Storefront Launch do not make Walmart Creator application decisions and do not have access to or control over Walmart’s internal review process.
Any recommendations we provide about preparing an application, selecting social accounts, creating content, or using the program represent our educational guidance and experience unless specifically identified as an official Walmart requirement.
6. Purchases and Payment
Prices and payment terms are displayed before purchase.
By purchasing a paid product, you authorize the applicable payment processor to charge the amount displayed at checkout.
A product described as a one-time purchase does not include recurring billing unless recurring charges are clearly disclosed before purchase.
Prices, products, and available offers may change from time to time. The price applicable to your purchase is the price displayed at checkout when you complete the transaction.
7. Digital Products and Refunds
Because access to our digital courses and materials is provided immediately after purchase, all purchases of digital products are final and non-refundable, except where otherwise required by law.
Please review the product description and purchase details carefully before completing your purchase.
8. Course Access
Purchasing a course gives you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the course for your own educational purposes.
Your purchase does not transfer ownership of the course or its contents to you.
Any applicable access period will be stated on the product sales page, checkout page, or within the course platform.
We may make reasonable updates, corrections, or changes to course content, particularly when third-party platforms change their programs, features, or policies.
9. Your Account and Login
Your course account and access are for your individual use.
You may not:
- Share your username or password with another person.
- Allow another person to access a paid course through your account.
- Copy or distribute course videos, lessons, downloads, templates, or resources.
- Upload course materials to another website, group, platform, AI system, file-sharing service, or database.
- Resell, sublicense, or commercially distribute our materials.
- Record or reproduce substantial portions of a course.
- Use our course materials to create or train a competing course, product, or service.
If we reasonably believe an account is being shared or our materials are being distributed without permission, we may suspend or terminate access.
10. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, content provided by Grace, Inspired LLC and its brands is owned by or licensed to Grace, Inspired LLC and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
This includes course lessons, written materials, videos, downloads, worksheets, graphics, frameworks, teaching materials, website copy, and original resources.
You may download or print resources specifically provided for your personal use.
You may not reproduce, publish, distribute, sell, modify, or commercially exploit our materials without written permission.
11. Community Participation
If your purchase or enrollment includes access to a Facebook group, community, comments area, live session, or other interactive space, you agree to participate respectfully.
We may remove content or restrict community access for behavior including harassment, spam, unauthorized promotion, illegal activity, sharing another member’s private information, or distributing our materials without permission.
Removal from a community for violating these rules does not automatically entitle you to a refund.
12. Affiliate Links and Recommendations
Grace, Inspired LLC may participate in affiliate programs and may earn commissions when you purchase products or services through certain links we share.
When required, affiliate relationships will be disclosed.
Our participation in an affiliate program does not change your purchase price unless specifically stated.
13. Storefront Launch Affiliate Program
Grace, Inspired LLC may offer customers or other approved participants the opportunity to earn commissions by referring new customers to eligible Storefront Launch products.
Participation in the Storefront Launch affiliate program is subject to these Terms, any separate Affiliate Program Agreement, and any additional terms or requirements provided when you enroll in the program.
Acceptance into the affiliate program is at our discretion. Participation in the program does not create an employment, partnership, agency, franchise, joint venture, or other similar relationship between you and Grace, Inspired LLC.
Commission rates, eligible products, attribution periods, payment schedules, payment methods, and other program details will be provided through the affiliate program or applicable affiliate platform and may vary by product or promotion.
Affiliates are responsible for providing accurate payment and tax information required to receive commissions.
14. Affiliate Disclosures
If you participate in the Storefront Launch affiliate program, you must clearly and conspicuously disclose your financial relationship with Storefront Launch whenever you recommend or promote a Storefront Launch product using an affiliate link.
Disclosures must comply with applicable advertising laws, Federal Trade Commission requirements, platform rules, and other applicable regulations.
The disclosure must be easy for the audience to notice and understand and should appear with the recommendation or promotion rather than being hidden on another page, included only in a profile or bio, or otherwise difficult to find.
An appropriate disclosure may be as simple as:
“I’m a Storefront Launch affiliate, so I may earn a commission if you purchase through my link.”
Affiliates are responsible for ensuring their individual promotions comply with applicable disclosure requirements.
15. Affiliate Promotion Rules
Storefront Launch affiliates may share their personal experiences and opinions about Storefront Launch products, but they may not:
- Make false, deceptive, or misleading claims about Storefront Launch or its products.
- Guarantee that a customer will earn money or achieve a particular result.
- Guarantee acceptance into Walmart Creator, Amazon Influencer, or another third-party program.
- Misrepresent an opinion, recommendation, or statement as coming directly from Storefront Launch, Grace Inspired Media, Grace, Inspired LLC, or their representatives.
- Falsely suggest that Storefront Launch is affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by, or officially connected to Walmart, Amazon, or another third-party company.
- Make claims about third-party programs that they know or reasonably should know are inaccurate or outdated.
- Send unlawful or unsolicited commercial messages.
- Engage in fraudulent transactions, cookie stuffing, deceptive redirects, or other methods intended to improperly obtain affiliate credit.
- Purchase through their own affiliate link unless the applicable affiliate program rules expressly permit self-referrals.
- Impersonate Storefront Launch, Grace Inspired Media, Grace, Inspired LLC, or their representatives.
- Use our intellectual property in a way that falsely suggests they own, operate, or officially represent Storefront Launch.
Additional promotional restrictions, including rules regarding paid advertising, trademark bidding, coupon or deal sites, promotional codes, and specific platforms, may be included in a separate Affiliate Program Agreement.
16. Affiliate Commissions
Affiliate commissions are earned only on qualifying transactions attributed to the affiliate in accordance with the rules and tracking of the applicable affiliate platform.
Grace, Inspired LLC may withhold, reverse, or cancel commissions associated with fraudulent transactions, duplicate transactions, chargebacks, payment disputes, canceled transactions, prohibited self-referrals, violations of these Terms or the Affiliate Program Agreement, or other transactions that do not qualify for commission.
Affiliate tracking technology is not guaranteed to operate without interruption or error. Where attribution cannot reasonably be verified, Grace, Inspired LLC is not required to manually assign a commission.
Nothing in these Terms guarantees that an affiliate will earn any particular amount of commission.
17. Affiliate Program Changes and Termination
Grace, Inspired LLC may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Storefront Launch affiliate program or an affiliate’s participation in it as permitted by applicable law and the terms provided with the affiliate program.
We may suspend or terminate an affiliate for violating these Terms, an Affiliate Program Agreement, applicable law, disclosure requirements, or the rules of a third-party platform.
Termination of affiliate participation does not give the affiliate continued permission to use Storefront Launch trademarks, copyrighted materials, promotional assets, or affiliate links.
The treatment of properly earned but unpaid commissions following termination will be governed by the applicable Affiliate Program Agreement and affiliate platform terms.
18. Availability and Technology
We use third-party services, including platforms such as Kajabi and Substack, to provide portions of our websites, courses, customer accounts, payments, email communications, and other services.
Temporary outages and technical problems may occur.
We will make reasonable efforts to maintain access but cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability of our websites, course platforms, or third-party services.
19. Prohibited Use
You may not use our websites, products, or services to:
- Violate applicable law.
- Interfere with the operation or security of our services.
- Gain unauthorized access to another user’s account.
- Distribute malicious software.
- Scrape or systematically reproduce protected course content.
- Impersonate another person.
- Infringe our intellectual property or the rights of others.
- Use our materials in a way that falsely suggests our endorsement or affiliation.
20. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, our websites, courses, products, and educational materials are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
We do not warrant that our materials will be error-free, that third-party programs will remain unchanged, or that using our educational materials will produce a particular business, financial, platform, application, or other result.
Nothing in these Terms excludes rights that cannot legally be waived.
21. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Grace, Inspired LLC and its owners, employees, contractors, and agents will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar damages arising from your use of our websites, products, courses, or educational materials.
This includes losses resulting from decisions made by third-party platforms, account suspension or termination, changes to commission rates or program terms, lost revenue, lost business opportunities, or reliance on third-party information that has changed since our educational materials were created or updated.
Where liability cannot legally be excluded, liability will be limited to the extent permitted by applicable law.
22. Privacy
Your use of our websites, products, and services is also subject to the Grace, Inspired LLC Privacy Policy.
The Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect personal information.
23. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms periodically to reflect changes to our services, business, affiliate program, technology, or legal requirements.
The “Last Updated” date at the top of these Terms identifies the most recent revision.
