Is there some kind of class I can take that will walk me through all of this?

There are, but....

*There are affiliate links in this post and I may earn a small commission if you purchase from them at no cost to you but I have taken classes from both of these ladies and wholeheartedly think they are the bomb.
Quick Answer
There are several. I suggest Kathleen Kobel’s Masterclass. Data Coach Claire has two classes, a beginner’s and a more advanced one. And of course, I have free resources here on the site.

A: There are many classes out there that will walk you through the steps for some insane amount of money and to be honest, most of them absolutely suck! How do I know? Because so many people that I help or mentor that find me have serious issues with being denied, creating the videos, understanding the social media part of the application, what the “blue lock” is...and on and on. They paid for a course! They should have just lit that money on fire.
Honestly? The whole thing just massively pisses me off. Someone uses ChatGPT to create a “course”, sells it for $79 and leads people into a big ole mess! Then to make it worse, you ask in a FB group for recommendations and get “DM me, I have the secret sauce” which ends up being their affiliate link to the spammy program THEY bought.
I get requests all the time for help cleaning up those messes. I jump on DM’s and phone calls with people who are so frustrated by the process. Look, the process is confusing enough without taking bad advice. So, please let me recommend two places I would say to look for reputable help so you don’t have to call me to help you fix it :)
Free: Kathleen Kobel’s Masterclass. This is free, she does push her next paid level in it heavily but hey, I can’t blame her. It’s good info and a good place to start. Her Youtube channel has a great weekly live episode I recommend as well.
Paid: This is where I would send my sister and best friend: Your first $100: Amazon Influencer Beginner Course with Data Coach Claire. I don’t think you will find anyone that has taken a class from Claire say they didn’t learn from her. She breaks things down step by step and walks you through the how and the why of anything she is teaching. If you want someone to break this down in an organized, clear and CORRECT way? This is your class. It’s pretty reasonably priced at $47 right now and she is confident enough to offer a 30 day refund if you don’t learn from it with pretty much no strings attached. I can’t imagine many people ask her for it.
This beginner course gives you everything you need to understand the program, get approved, film your first videos with confidence, and earn your first $100/month, without wasting weeks (or months!) on bad advice or outdated strategies.
Built from my own data-driven approach and real experience as a full-time Amazon Influencer, this course is designed to be simple, clear, and actionable for complete beginners.
A lot of people talk about Boss Suite. It’s freaking $600! You do NOT need to pay that kind of money to learn how to join the Amazon Influencer program. Truth be told, you don’t need to pay anything to join but if you WANT an easy step by step plan from someone highly reputable in the field? Take Claires class! It will save you an infinite amount of time and energy and actually get you going and making money as quickly as you want to work through it.
More advanced Influencers —> Take Claires Build Past $1K Class once you know you are in this for the long haul. If you have more than 100 videos and are making a bit of money. It’s definitely an investment but I went into it doing the payment plan and banking on that 30 day refund. No way would I ask for it. I have learned SO much! She only opens it every few months so sign up to be notified when she reopens it.
In case you are wondering if Claires class works. I started it mid June. Here is a graph of how its working:

*yes, I want to acknowledge as disclosed both of the links to Claires class are affiliate links. The difference is she actually produces real results. I have taken a class with her. I trust her and you will too. AND she offers to let you try it out for 30 days. Not really “spammy”
Action:
If you are brand new and confused, pick one or both of my suggestions and take the course.
If you are an Influencer that has made your first 100 videos? Stalk this link for Build Past $1K to reopen and sign up as soon as it does. It’s limited in the number of people she takes in each cohort.
Our Facebook group, Storefront Launch, is for AIP creators who want a place to support one another that’s not full of spam or noncompliant information. This group is all about doing things right and helping you build your storefront toward whatever goals you have.

About Barb | Founder of Storefront Launch
Barb was working with brands before “content creator” was a job title.
Back in 2008, she helped develop branded Twitter parties: live, hashtag-based conversations that brought companies and consumers together. She helped turn those conversations into something brands could buy, then spent years pitching campaigns, recruiting paid bloggers, organizing events, and teaching other women how to use social media for business.
She was part of the original wave of “mommy bloggers” (because apparently women building successful online businesses needed a cute little nickname). Her work included brand ambassador roles with Disney, Kraft, Verizon, and GMC.
Today, Barb brings that experience—and a master’s degree in education—to Storefront Launch. She helps women make sense of Amazon Influencer, Walmart Creator, and affiliate marketing, with practical ways to earn from the content they’re already creating. Less hype. More “okay, here’s how you actually do it.” Because, to loosely quote Lin-Manuel Miranda, she was “in the room where it happen(ed).”
